Hamilton Henrique runs Saladorama, a social enterprise bringing good food to people in poor communities. When he joined the Amaphiko academy in Brazil in 2015 things were looking pretty bleak. Now he’s scaling the model out to Mozambique, Angola and Rwanda.
Tomás Abrahão also works in food, bringing farm fresh produce into the city. His project Raíz has grown enormously. “We started delivering 200kg a month, and today we’re delivering five tonnes.”
