Kids deserve to be able to play!
Providing safe and fun programs, with trained coaches, balls, uniforms, equipments, monitoring & evaluation tools, and the skills to manage and educate a team is not easy to do in the challenging African environment. With 20 years of experience we have been able to do so much with so little to effect long term social change that is helping kids stay healthy, keeping them in school, avoiding HIV, drugs and alcohol while also creating many provincial and national team players over the years and even some real pros! The most challenging part is keeping the programs funded through the support of people like you who have watched this inspiring film. We need your help.
To continue to provide programs free of charge to deserving girls and boys in Africa we need sustainable and creative solutions to difficult problems.
Unfortunately the old Robin Hood charity model is broken, but we intend to figure out how best to make real social investments that become viable income generators for our organization. For example, we have 3000 pairs of sneakers and uniforms donated in the US, but we still need $15,000 to ship it across the planet to our deserving kids and coaches.
